No. It explains the services you offer in your words, but it does not advise on treatments or assess anyone's hair, skin or nails. For that it suggests talking to a person on your team.

Yes. It replies in the language the person writes in, using your business's information. Other languages are covered by the custom plan. And it does not advise on treatments: your team does that in person.
